Founded by Aadesh Sharma in 2019, Vydushak is an independent theatre company dedicated to creating bold, entertaining, and socially relevant performances. With a repertoire spanning original productions, contemporary adaptations, adult dramas, children's theatre, and immersive live experiences, the company strives to make theatre accessible while maintaining artistic excellence. Since its inception, Vydushak has presented over multiple performances across India, including productions at prestigious venues such as Prithvi Theatre. The company's work is characterised by a seamless blend of compelling storytelling, music, choreography, and innovative stagecraft, bringing together artists from diverse creative backgrounds. Under Aadesh Sharma's artistic leadership, Vydushak continues to develop original Indian theatre, nurture emerging talent through workshops and training programmes, and create productions that entertain, challenge, and inspire audiences of all ages.

Aadesh Sharma's teaching practice bridges formal education, professional training, and community arts. As a Visiting Faculty member at Whistling Woods International, he mentors students across Acting, Direction, Business Management, and Filmmaking programmes, combining academic rigour with practical industry experience. He has also mentored students at Tridha International School under the Steiner (Waldorf) education system, using theatre as a tool for creativity, confidence, and holistic development. Beyond institutional teaching, he has trained aspiring filmmakers, actors, and theatre practitioners from across Bhutan through the Art for People initiative, contributing to the country's growing performing arts ecosystem. He regularly designs and facilitates corporate, educational, and community workshops for participants of all ages, using theatre, storytelling, and the arts to foster creativity, communication, collaboration, leadership, and emotional intelligence.
